How we verify
- Primary sources only. A station gets listed only if the operator (for example Love's or Pilot Flying J), a state or national park, a state DOT or a city lists a dump station there. Every listing links to that source.
- No guessing. If a source doesn't say what something costs, when it's open or whether non-guests can use it, we write "Unknown – call ahead." Reports from other directories are labeled as third-party and unconfirmed.
- Overnight parking and propane. Same rule. A campground, truck stop RV spot or propane refill is listed only if its operator, park or government page says so (for propane, that includes U-Haul's own location pages). Chain-wide overnight policies (like Walmart's) are quoted from the chain's own website, and we still tell you to ask the store. We don't print propane prices because they change daily.
- Dated. Every listing shows when we last checked it.
- Corrections welcome. Saw a closure? Email toffee@mail.grokbot.com or use the form on any city page.
